The honest field guide to AI tools and Roblox enhancements.

Bloxtra is an independent editorial publication. We test AI tools and legitimate Roblox creator tools on real work for at least two weeks, then publish what holds up — and what does not.

01 / Overview

What we cover, and why this site exists.

The AI tools market keeps doubling. The directories and "best of" listicles indexing it have not become more honest in step. Search "best AI for X" in 2026 and most of what comes back is a mix of paid placement, AI-generated filler, and rankings where every tool gets four-and-a-half stars regardless of whether it ships output you can actually use.

Bloxtra exists because that is exhausting. Every tool we cover sits at the bottom of a two-week trial, gets graded against a published rubric, and is reviewed by a human editor who used it for real work. We name the failure modes, not just the marketing claims. We carry the same standards into Roblox coverage — Studio plugins, performance tuning, creator tools, scripting libraries — strictly the legitimate ones, never executors or exploits.

If a tool is good, we say so plainly. If it isn't, we say that too. There are no affiliate-driven rankings here. The site is funded by contextual display advertising and a small number of clearly-disclosed affiliate links that have no influence on any score. Editorial decisions are made by editors, not by sales targets.

02 / Categories

Fourteen categories, two domains.

Ten on the AI side. Four on the Roblox side. Each one carries at least five tested articles and a maintained category page.

03 / Methodology

How we score every tool we test.

A boring published rubric beats a clever unpublished one. Here is ours, in one line — applied identically across all fourteen categories.

Bloxtra Score
Score = Q · 0.30 + U · 0.25 + T · 0.20 + S · 0.15 + V · 0.10
Q = Quality of output · U = Usefulness in real work · T = Trust & honesty · S = Speed · V = Value for money
Bloxtra Score weighting diagram Horizontal bar chart showing the five weights that compose the Bloxtra Score, totalling 100 percent. Quality contributes 30 percent, Usefulness 25 percent, Trust 20 percent, Speed 15 percent, and Value 10 percent. QUALITY 30% USEFUL 25% TRUST 20% SPEED 15% VAL 10% 0 100

Every tool we cover sits at the bottom of a two-week trial. Twenty fixed prompts at default settings, the same prompts reused across competing tools to keep the comparison honest. We accept the first three outputs without re-rolls, then grade the median rather than the cherry-picked best result. Failure modes get logged and named in the review.

The output is a number between 0 and 100 that maps to the same scale across every category. A 78 in Chatbots and a 78 in Coding mean comparably good tools, not "good for the category". Reviews are dated, signed by the editorial desk, and revisited when the underlying tool changes meaningfully.

04 / Comparison

Top chatbots in 2026, side by side.

A short slice of our chatbot table. Quality leads; uncertainty-honesty matters more than the marketing tends to suggest.

06 / Benchmarks

Effective FPS, simplified.

For Roblox creators tuning performance — what actually moves the number on a low-end PC, expressed as a back-of-envelope formula.

Effective FPS Estimate
eFPS ≈ GPU · 0.55 + CPU · 0.25 + RAM · 0.10 + Net · 0.10
A rough approximation. GPU dominates, but RAM and network become bottlenecks on lower-end builds long before GPU does.
Avg FPS gain+24After full tuning, low-end PCs (median across 12 test rigs)
Setup time~15mFrom scratch, official settings only
Cost£0No third-party software needed
Reversible?YesAll changes use official Roblox settings

All performance work covered on Bloxtra uses official Roblox settings and OS-level tuning. We do not cover, recommend, or link to executors, exploits, or any tool that modifies the Roblox client — those violate the Roblox Terms of Use and risk account bans.

07 / FAQ

Things readers ask, briefly answered.

Do you accept paid reviews or sponsored placements?

No. Reviews are written by editors who used the tool for at least two weeks of real work. Vendors do not preview or approve content before publication. Affiliate links exist on a small number of articles and are clearly marked inline; they do not affect the score, the recommendation, or the position of the tool in any list.

How often do you update reviews?

Reviews are revisited when the underlying tool changes meaningfully — a new model release, a pricing change, a feature deprecation. Category landing pages are reviewed quarterly. The "Last updated" date is shown in-article whenever a substantive revision happens. We never silently rewrite history; corrections carry dated notes.

Why no executor or exploit coverage for Roblox?

Roblox executors and exploit tools violate the Roblox Terms of Use and put accounts at permanent ban risk. Bloxtra covers only legitimate enhancements: Studio plugins, OS-level performance tuning, trade-value trackers, scripting libraries, version control, and developer communities. Anything modifying the Roblox client is out of scope.

How can I suggest a tool?

Email editorial@bloxtra.com with a URL, a few sentences on what the tool does, and your relationship to it (developer, user, neither). We do not promise coverage. If we test a submitted tool and the review is unflattering, we publish anyway.

Where does Bloxtra's funding come from?

Two sources. First, contextual display advertising served by Google AdSense and similar networks. Second, a small number of clearly-marked affiliate links. We do not take venture capital, vendor sponsorships, or paid placements. Full disclosure on our Editorial Disclaimer page.

How do I report a factual error or request a correction?

Email editorial@bloxtra.com with the article URL, the specific claim you believe is wrong, and a source for the correct information. We update with dated correction notes — never silent edits. Most corrections post within five business days.
